Hi we are Phil and Caroline and we have been living in Benalmadena for over 8 years now, with our gorgeous daughter Bethany, who is 8 years old. I am originally from Nottingham, and Phil is from Essex (UK). We have been working in Spanish property for the past 5 years dealing with everything from finding property, viewing trips, to helping our |
clients haggle for furniture for their new home. We specialise in the areas around Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Torremolinos as it is our home and we love it. Bethany goes to a Spanish school and is fluent in Spanish, and we are getting there. We have partnered with Steve and Sam in Buyspain as we wanted to offer our clients a more personal and relaxing property finding service. We are enjoying the fact that most of our clients become friends and always contact us to have a chat or go for a meal when they are in Spain.

Hi from Steve and Sam we are lucky enough to have a home in both Spain (Fuengirola) and South Wales. I am originally from the North East only leaving to join the Forces and travel the world as a Aircraft Engineer. On leaving the forces I completed a degree in Business Management and set up two very successful businesses in South Wales where

I still
have a home and am still a Director of both companies, although it's
a lot less hands on now. I am a Fellow in the British Association
of Entrepreneurs (FBAE). My son Scott is in Cardiff University and
daughter Sophia lives near by working for the Police.
Samantha is a special needs teacher
with the patience of a saint (she puts up with Steve). Samantha
is born and bred in Wales and proud to be Welsh. She speaks Welsh, French
and some Spanish. She also teaches sign language to hearing impaired
children. She has a degree in English and English Language.

Buy Spain is our dream
business as we get to be in Spain and are able to make our living helping
people find their dream homes whilst saving them both time and money.
This sounds like a win win situation to me.
Although this is a business and
naturally needs to make money to survive it is more about quality
of life. Our customers are also our new neighbours so we are always
there to help. We have added the above information mainly because
past clients have said their biggest worry is trusting a complete
stranger. Hopefully it helps to know a little about who you are
